when service is required:
A line is generally equipped with machines from different manufacturers. Via the service portal, all Excellence United manufacturers are directly included instead of having to contact several service teams.
In the event of a malfunction, a hotline staffed with specialists is on standby. Experts determine the cause of the malfunction. In many cases, the fault is diagnosed and rectified immediately, without having to wait for service technicians to arrive.
Communication takes place online and is multimedia-based via chat or video conferencing with all parties involved, regardless of location.
All necessary images and technical drawings can be consulted at any time for all to see. In addition, webcams on the machine can also be used.
Other components include convenient documentation functions, a spare parts catalog that can be accessed directly via the HMI, and machine monitoring for preventive maintenance planning. In addition, the service cockpit installed on laptops or tablets enables remote monitoring of production processes.
